Not to mention we offer standard IT/Network Support.

We also provide Philips SpeechExec Enterprise. Philips thinks you only need to pay for the software if you use it. That’s why they created concurrent licensing. This gives you a pool of licenses that are only used when the software runs. This can cut your licensing cost in half!

We also have the resources to turn your BlackBerry into a mobile dictation device. We can also offer other dictation methods including our mobile dictation device (Dpm 9600)or wireless option for the Standard Dictation Device (SpeechMike and SpeechMike Air). We even have products to manage depositions, meeting notes and interviews seamlessly.

We are currently Florida’s only Philips Platinum Partner and serve the St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, Tallahassee and Tampa Areas.

SpeechExec for BlackBerry®

SpeechExec for BlackBerry® presents a new dimension to wireless working. Recording, editing and downloading dictation files from your BlackBerry® offers mobile flexibility and reduces document turnaround time. When recording is finished and you are ready to download files, they will be transmitted to your company’s dictation server. After transcription, the transcribed document can then be sent back to the BlackBerry® by email. SpeechExec is the perfect companion for your BlackBerry®, delivering everything you need for secure, wireless dictation workflow.
